Royal Eden Docks (completed)
Royal Eden Docks is a residential-led development, delivered by Mount Anvil in partnership with Excel London as part of the wider Excel estate. Delivered across three phases, the scheme has transformed previously underused land into a new urban neighbourhood and significantly increased the residential population around Royal Victoria, next to City Hall.
The development provides 959 new homes, alongside landscaped public spaces, resident amenities and improved connections to the surrounding area. The recently completed Queens Cross development forms the final phase of Royal Eden Docks, delivering 322 homes and a new residential community with access to communal gardens, shared spaces and wellbeing-focused facilities. Located close to Custom House station, Royal Eden Docks benefits from direct access to the Elizabeth line and DLR, supporting the wider transformation of Royal Victoria into a connected, sustainable and mixed-use neighbourhood.
