The Royal Docks Team is a multi-disciplinary team that brings together officers from across the Greater London Authority, the London Borough of Newham and the London Economic Action Partnership.Home to London’s only Enterprise Zone, the Royal Docks is one of the most significant regeneration projects in the UK. The team was established in 2017 to help deliver the cohesive transformation of the Royal Docks into a vibrant, mixed-use destination with culture and community at it's heart.Working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders from local community groups to developers and local businesses, the team are delivering an ambitious £314 million investment programme over the next five years and beyond.

Funding opportunities & resources

As part of our commitment to deliver opportunities for local organisations, individuals and the community to play a vital role in regenerating the Royal Docks, we are launching several funding opportunities over the next five years.

Current funding opportunities:

The Royal Docks Good Growth Fund launched on 22 July 2020 and is now open to the public, private and third-sector organisations including local groups and charities which work closely with the local community. This includes creating workspaces, building skills, enhancing public spaces, and more. Modelled on the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan’s successful £70 million Good Growth Fund – which was launched in 2017 – the Royal Docks Good Growth Fund is targeted to the specific needs of the area and will help local organisations deliver projects to make the area a more attractive place to live, work, visit and invest.
