Available workspaces

The Royal Docks has a variety of business premises and workspace available to lease. There are also several new developments which will include new business accommodation. These premises are managed and owned by third parties so we don’t take decisions on lettings or rent levels. Some of the developments are built on land owned by the Greater London Authority. Details of all these schemes are below. This information is reviewed frequently but availability will vary.

Meet the people who make our community

Building on a long history of civic engagement, the people of the Royal Docks are key drivers in bringing the regeneration to life. Newham is home to a myriad of traditions and languages with a distinctly international outlook. Investing in the ideas and talent of local people, especially young people, through grassroots activities and community programmes is re-energising the area and creating a positive legacy that can adapt to change in the future.

The Royal Docks is embarking on an exciting new chapter, with over £8bn being invested in the area over the next 20 years. At over 1,200 acres of land, with 250 acres of water and nearly 12 miles of waterfront, the area is the most important and most exciting regeneration project in London. Uniquely, it is also the meeting point of two growth corridors, an Opportunity Area, and London’s only Enterprise Zone, making it poised for rapid growth.

At the western end of the Royal Docks, there’s a vibrant network of businesses taking advantage of affordable and flexible office space. To the east, a stronger industrial footprint is seeing a breadth of contemporary industrial activity attracting a range of tech industries. These areas will set the scene for iconic commercial developments at Silvertown, Royal Albert Dock and Albert Island, collectively delivering millions of sqft of workspace and facilitating thousands of new jobs.
