Manor Road
ECF, a partnership between Homes England’s National Housing Bank, L&G and Muse, is leading the regeneration of Manor Road Quarter, a former retail park in Canning Town. Delivered across three phases, the development will provide 804 homes, 50% of which will be affordable, alongside a vibrant commercial square offering flexible, affordable space for local start-ups and community initiatives.
Phase 1 was completed in 2024, delivering 355 homes across three buildings, including a striking 32-storey tower and a significant section of a new 2.9-acre linear park that connects the development to Canning Town. The park offers a range of community amenities, including play areas, a skate park, an outdoor gym and table tennis facilities, alongside enhanced walking and cycling routes integrated throughout the neighbourhood. Sustainability is embedded within the design, with features such as blue roofs that help manage rainwater, support biodiversity, and reduce environmental impact.
Planning consent has been secured for Phases 2 and 3 as part of the original outline and ECF continues to work towards the delivery of these two phases.
