One Dock Road
One Dock Road is a new waterfront living destination proposed by General Projects at Royal Victoria Dock, adjacent to City Hall and the London Cable Car.
The proposals will deliver 234 high-quality co-living studios within a striking 16-storey building, designed around a generous resident amenity and wellness offer. The scheme will include shared social and co-working spaces, fitness and wellness facilities, alongside active ground-floor uses that will help bring further activity to the dockside.
One Dock Road has been designed to make the most of its unique waterfront setting, with generously sized studios, large windows and views across the Royal Docks. The proposals complement General Projects’ adjacent Expressway workspace campus, building on its existing presence in the area and helping create a more diverse, mixed-use destination along the waterfront.
A planning application was submitted in June 2026, with consent anticipated later this year. The scheme represents the next stage of General Projects’ long-term investment in the Royal Docks.
