Riverscape is the final phase of the Royal Wharf estate, delivered by Ballymore in partnership with Oxley and designed by Howells. It sits alongside the 40-acre Royal Wharf neighbourhood, extending the community westwards towards Lyle Park and creating one of the longest stretches of accessible green space along the Thames. 

Hallsville Quarter is a £650 million town centre development led by Bouygues Development, development arm of Bouygues UK, forming a key part of the £3.7 billion regeneration of Canning Town and Custom House. Delivered across multiple phases, the scheme has created a new district centre for Newham with homes, shops, leisure, healthcare and community facilities, centred around a new civic square and public park.

ECF, a partnership between Homes England’s National Housing Bank, L&G and Muse, is leading the regeneration of Manor Road Quarter, a former retail park in Canning Town. Delivered across three phases, the development will provide 804 homes, 50% of which will be affordable, alongside a vibrant commercial square offering flexible, affordable space for local start-ups and community initiatives.

Thames Road is a major mixed-use regeneration scheme by Ballymore located on the former UNEX industrial site on the north bank of the River Thames, east of Thames Barrier Park. The development will transform the former industrial site into a new waterfront neighbourhood, extending Ballymore's investment in the Royal Docks following the successful delivery of the 40-acre Royal Wharf and Riverscape developments.
