The Pump House
The Pump House is a creative hub based in Londons Royal Docks. Spread over three floors and totaling 12,000 sqft, it contains a range of usable spaces and builds upon Projekt’s ongoing commitment to providing affordable workspace and connecting creative people, practices, and businesses in the capital.
Eight new studios have been built on the first floor, ranging from 140 sqft to 410 sqft.
The ground floor has three studio spaces including a hot desk / co-working space.
The second floor provides a large space for a single tenant across 3,000 sqft.
The Ground Floor includes Freight Café, that provides artisan coffee, pastries, and lunch options with a licensed bar and welcoming fully accessible spaces for co-working, hot desking, events, and hosting meetings.
Freight is open Monday – Saturday from 8 am to 5pm.
